Prepare chicken breasts, cutting them into approximately even-sized chunks no more than 1 inch thick. Set aside. In a medium bowl, mix corn flakes, parmesan cheese, and hidden valley ranch dry dressing. In a small bowl, melt butter. Dip chicken pieces in butter, then the cornflake mixture. Place pieces glass baking dish. Sprinkle any remaining butter and cornflake mixture on top of the chicken. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and breading is browned and crispy. Ingredients 1/2 - 2 cup crushed cornflakes 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated 1 oz or 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dry dressing 6 tbsp butter, melted 2 lb chicken breast
