Preheat the oven to 375 degrees

Roll out the crescent roll dough separating into triangles

Place a cocktail sausage at the wide end and roll it up tightly. Do the same for the rest

Put rolled up sausages onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet

Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush all of the sausages

Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on them

Bake for 13-15 minutes or until dough is golden brown and crispy
