Once the butter is melted, stir in the frozen corn and cook until it is heated through while stirring often. Then reduce to medium-low heat. Add in the mayo, sour cream, lime juice, ground cumin, black pepper and half of the chopped cilantro leaves. Stir until everything is well incorporated. Add half of the crumbled cotija cheese and stir until melted. Remove skillet from heat and garnish top of corn with remaining cilantro, cotija cheese, lime wedges and sliced green onions Ingredients 1 bag of frozen corn 2 tbsp butter 1/4 cup mayonaisse 1/4 cup sour cream 1 lime 1 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 cup cotija cheese, crumbled 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped green onions, sliced Tajin seasoning (optional)
