Use hands if necessary. Wrappers Take 3 small spoonfuls of the mixture and lay on one end of open egg roll wrapper. Gently roll wrapper until closed and seal with water/flour mixture (use a brush or fingers). Cut each long egg roll into 3 parts. Repeat steps 1 through 3 until you use up the meat mixture and wrappers. Cooking Fry egg rolls in oil in a deep fryer or deep skillet for about 2-3 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy (and beef is cooked). Will take multiple batches.
