by: Michael ZennerPosted on: June 20, 2025June 22, 2025 DINNER / ASIAN / BEEF Korean BBQ Meatballs Keep Screen Awake Instructions Meatballs Preheat the oven to 400 degrees In a large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients Shape into meatballs and put on a cookie sheet Bake for 15-20 minutes until browned and cooked through to 160 degrees Sauce In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili paste, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer. Add the cornstarch and water to the sauce, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens slightly—this should take about 2-3 minutes. Add the meatballs and stir to combine Cover and keep warm Noodles Boil water in a pot and cook the noodles to al dente Drain Add to a plate and drizzle the sauce/meatballs over the top Ingredients Meatballs 1 lb ground beef 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1 egg 3 green onion, sliced 2 cloves of garlic, minced 1 tbsp ginger, grated 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 1/2 tsp pepper Sauce 1/2 cup brown sugar 2/3 cup soy sauce 4 tbsp rice vinegar 4 tbsp chili paste (gochujang) 2 tbsp sesame oil 4 cloves of garlic, minced 2 tsp ginger, grated 4 tsp cornstarch 4 tbsp water Noodles 1 package rice noodles
