by: Michael ZennerPosted on: February 8, 2024February 8, 2024 SIDE DISHES / AMERICAN / BEEF Grandma Tootie’s Hamburger Dressing Instructions Meat Brown hamburger with onions and celery until hamburger is fully cooked Stuffing Fill a saucepan with water and 6 tbsp butter. Heat until butter melts In a large bowl, combine bag of cubed stuffing mix with stove top stuffing. Pour the water/butter mixture over the dry stuffing. Mix well. Add 2 eggs and mix well again. Combining Everything Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 15x11” glass baking dish. Pour in the hamburger mix and the stuffing mix. Stir to combine. Top with 2 tbsp butter thinly sliced. Scatter uniformly over the top. Bake for 35 minutes covered with foil. Bake for another 40 minutes uncovered. Ingredients Meat 1 lb ground beef 1 medium onion, diced 3 celery stalks, chopped Stuffing 8 tbsp butter 14 oz bag of Brownberry (or Pepperidge Farms) Sage & Onion cubed stuffing mix 6 oz stove top stuffing 2 eggs 4 1/2 cup water
