The sauce is a red pepper base Instructions Sauce Put all sauce ingredients in a blender Heat sauce in a pot until desired temperature is reached Pasta Cook the pasta in a pot until al dente. Drain the pasta reserving some of the pasta water for the sauce Combine Everything Add the cooked pasta back to the pot Pour the sauce over the top Add the parmesan and stir until melted Add some of the reserved pasta water to make the sauce more creamy (if desired) Ingredients Sauce 1 red bell pepper 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup raw cashews 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp ground turmeric 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg (optional) Pasta 1 lb linguine 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
