by: Michael ZennerPosted on: March 4, 2024 SIDE DISHES / AMERICAN Creamy One Pot Mac & Cheese Instructions Pour the uncooked macaroni into a large pot Pour in the chicken broth, milk and cream Add the mustard powder, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder OPTIONAL: To make this recipe spicy, add in the hot sauce and red pepper flakes Mix all the ingredients together and bring to a boil Cook until the pasta is al dente Set the heat to low and mix in the cream cheese, cheddar, gruyere and mozzarella Mix until cheese is melted If sauce is too thin, add splashes of milk until it reaches desired consistency Serve Ingredients 1 lb elbow macaroni 3 cup milk 2 cup chicken broth 1 cup heavy cream 2 1/2 cup sharp cheddar, grated 1 cup gruyere cheese, grated 1/2 cup mozzarella, grated 4 oz cream cheese salt 1 tsp mustard powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp pepper 2 tbsp hot sauce (optional) 1-2 tbsp red pepper flakes (optiona)
