by: Michael ZennerPosted on: April 21, 2025 SIDE DISHES / AMERICAN / VEGETARIAN Cheesy Potatoes Keep Screen Awake Instructions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Melt 8 tablespoons of butter and pour into a 9x12 pan In a small bowl, mix soup, sour cream, milk and onions Pour half the hashbrowns into the 9x12 pan Pour 1/2 of soup mixture of the top of the hashbrowns Sprinkle half the cheese over the top Add remaining hashbrowns over the top Add remaining soup mixture over the top Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top Cover with the corn flakes Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and pour over the top of the corn flakes Bake for 1 hour uncovered Ingredients 32 oz frozen hashbrowns 10 tbsp butter 1 10oz can cream of chicken soup 2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced 2 cup cheddar, grated 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
