Then pair it with crostini. Instructions Cut all vegetables and herbs and mix together. Add vinegar, oil, salt and pepper (adjust to taste). Let sit overnight. Serve on top crostini. Ingredients 20 Roma tomatoes, diced 3 shallots 5 cloves garlic 1 basil bunch, chiffonade 1 parsley bunch, finely chopped 1 oz capers w/juice 2 oz sherry vinegar 1/2 cup olive oil 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp pepper 1 scallion bunch, cut into rings to taste Parmesan cheese
