by: Michael ZennerPosted on: October 21, 2024 SIDE DISHES / AMERICAN / PORK Bacon Wrapped Brussel Sprouts Instructions Preheat oven to 400 degrees Rinse the brussel sprouts, peeling off the outer layer and slicing off the stem In small mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, salt and pepper Lay the bacon out flat Spread the brown sugar mixture on each slice Place a brussel sprout on the end of a strip and roll it up. Secure with a toothpick. Bake for 30-35 minutes flipping halfway through until bacon is crispy Ingredients 1 lb bacon 1 lb brussel sprouts 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper
