by: Michael ZennerPosted on: December 6, 2025December 6, 2025 DINNER / ITALIAN / VEGETARIAN Garlic cream sauce and bell pepper pasta Keep Screen Awake Pairs well with cornflake chicken Instructions Peppers Cut the bell peppers into bite sized pieces Drizzle some olive oil in a skillet set to medium heat cook the peppers until softened Set aside Sauce In the same skillet, melt the butter on medium heat Saute the garlic for 1-2 minutes Add the cream cheese and 1/2 cup of the heavy cream Whisk until cheese is melted Add another ½ cup of cream and simmer for a few minutes, continuing to whisk until the sauce is slightly thickened. Add the rest of the cream. Whisk and simmer until creamy. Turn skillet temperature down to low and stir in seasonings. Pasta Cook angel hair in a large pot Drain the pasta and put back in the pot Pour the sauce over the top and stir to combine Serve with the bell peppers Ingredients Peppers 3 bell peppers (yellow, orange, red) olive oil Sauce 2 tbsp butter 1 clove of garlic, minced 4 oz cream cheese 1 3/4 cup heavy cream 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper Pasta 1 lb angel hair pasta
