Halve the spaghetti squash, scoop out seeds, and place cut-side down on the baking sheet. Bake for 30-45 minutes until fork-tender. Allow squash to cool slightly, then shred into strands using a fork. Whisk together eggs and Parmesan in a bowl; set aside. In a skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in shredded spaghetti squash and mix well with salt. Remove skillet from heat and gradually add the egg mixture while tossing to create a creamy sauce.
