Use a candy thermometer if you have one Remove from heat Add butter and stir until melted Beat mixture until stiff Mix in the nuts Pour into an 8x8 glass oven pan. Spread it evenly in the pan Put in fridge to harden for an hour Cut into bite sized pieces Ingredients 2 cup sugar 1 cup milk 2 oz unsweetened baker's chocolate 1/8 tsp cream of tartar 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped 1/2 cup butter, chopped
