Top with carrots, cilantro and jalapenos Ingredients 1 lb ground pork 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce 1 tbsp fish sauce 1 cup shredded carrot 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 2-3 jalapenos, thinly sliced
