by: Michael ZennerPosted on: May 5, 2024 DINNER / MEXICAN / CHICKEN Chicken Quesadillas Instructions Quesadilla Boil the chicken in a pot of water until it reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees Put in fridge to cool Once cooled, shred in a large bowl Drizzle your desired amount of baja sauce in the chicken and stir to combine Lay a flour tortilla flat and put some chicken on half of it Sprinkle some grated mexican cheese over the top Fold in half Heat a large skillet with a small amount of olive oil Put the quesadilla on the skillet and fry until browned on both sides Serve with your desired toppings Ingredients Quesadilla 1 lb chicken breast grated mexican cheese taco bell baja sauce extra grande flour tortillas olive oil Toppings (optional) sour cream shredded lettuce pico de gallo
