Gallery Instructions Sauce Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside for later Beans Heat a cast iron skillet on medium Snap the green beans to your desired length Toss the beans into the skillet and drizzle sesame oil over the top Stir to coat the beans Cover the skillet to steam and fry the beans Wait 3-5 minutes and flip the beans Keep repeating step 6 until beans are cooked through and blackened. Could take some time. Turn the heat up if taking too long. When the beans are blackened, put in the green onions, garlic and red pepper flakes Stir to combine. Cook the garlic for about 1-2 minutes Add in the sauce and stir Cook for 1-3 minutes Serve Ingredients Sauce 1/8 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar 1 tsp sugar Beans 1 lb green beans 3 green onions, thinly sliced 4 garlic cloves, minced 2 tbsp sesame oil 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
