Drain, reserving 1 cup pasta water. In the same pot, heat the olive oil Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant Add the heavy cream, broth and 1/2 cup of reserved pasta water Add the cooked spaghetti Toss until noodles are fully coated and liquid is simmering Remove from heat and stir in the cheese As the cheese is melting, pour in more pasta water until sauce reaches desired consistency Season with salt and pepper to taste Serve with chives sprinkled over the top Ingredients 1 lb thin spaghetti 1 tbsp olive oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 3/4 cup heavy cream 3/4 cup chicken broth 3/4 cup shredded italian cheese blend 2 tbsp chives, for garnish salt pepper
