Instructions Meatballs Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl combine panko bread crumbs and milk. Let sit for 10 minutes until breadcrumbs have soaked up the milk. In a large skillet heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil with 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the onions and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and oregano and sauté for another 1-2 minutes. Pour the onion and garlic mixture into the bowl with the panko Add the ground beef to the bowl Mix in the salt, pepper and egg. Combine until the eggs are mixed into the ground beef. Add the breadcrumbs to meat mixture and combine well. Form into meatballs and put on a baking sheet Bake for 15-25 minutes or until meatballs are browned and have an internal temperature of 160 degrees Remove from oven and set aside Sauce Add 4 tablespoons of butter to the skillet. Once melted whisk in the flour and cook until golden brown. Slowly stir in the heated beef broth and cook at a temperature that keeps the sauce at slow bubble. Add in the cream, Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard and simmer until sauce thickens at bit. Taste the sauce adding additional Worcestershire and Dijon to taste. Don't be afraid to add more Worcestershire! It enhances the flavor of the sauce Add the cooked meatballs into the sauce and gently stir to coat Pasta Boil water in a pot Add in the egg noodles and cook until al dente Drain and set aside Combining Everything Put some egg noodles on a plate Using a soup ladle, ladle up some of the sauce and pour over the noodles Add some meatballs on top Enjoy!
